Residential Project Experience: From show homes in the Tour of Remodeled Homes to more simple home electrical repair projects, Thompson Electrical Constructors makes sure that the home owner is satisfied.  We work with the homeowner to make sure that they are getting exactly what they want.  Our experienced electricians can assist in making sure that you understand the process of each very custom project and are provided with professional service.
Government Project Experience: Thompson Electrical Constructors has been involved in contracting with Government Agencies for many years.  We have worked on many projects at Fort Lewis as well as local government agencies such as University Place and Pierce County. We would like to highlight the work at Fort Lewis.  For most of our work at Fort Lewis we have acted as a subcontractor for larger General Contractors. We have also acted as a Prime Contractor for many smaller projects. Thompson Electrical Constructors is very familiar with the process of daily work reports, weekly certified payroll, Federal OSHA Regulations, Corps of Engineers Safety and Health Requirements Manual.  Thompson Electrical Constructors is also very aware of the Buy American Act and work concisely with suppliers to insure the the act is followed properly.
Medical Center Project Experience: Thompson Electrical Constructors has worked on Franciscan Medical Campuses for over eight years such as St Joseph Medical Center, St Francis Medical Center and St Clare Hospital.  We have worked on hundreds of projects for Franciscan Health Systems ranging from large generator and cardiovascular renovation projects to smaller maintenance work.
Utility Work Experience: Projects include Communication sites and Road Construction projects such as; street lighting , traffic signals and traffic loops.  We also do medium voltage underground uitilites.
